As Technician Hydraulics we speak to the hands-on technician: work on hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical aircraft components through inspections, functional tests, overhauls and repairs. Daily focus is on precise measurements, clear documentation in English and practical guidance to develop technical skills. A role for someone who wants to grow in hydraulics and pneumatics within a structured, technical environment.

In this role you are part of a maintenance team that returns aircraft components to serviceability. Daily work is technical, practical and follows strict procedures and safety rules. Tasks are varied and require methodical diagnostics as well as careful execution.
- Inspect and carry out functional tests on dedicated test benches for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Disassemble, overhaul and repair mechanical components according to work instructions and part histories.
- Analyse faults and implement concrete repair actions to restore functionality.
- Measure with high‑precision instruments and use calibrated test equipment for reliable diagnostics.
- Document test results, interventions and part history clearly in English.
- Take part in short team briefings to align priorities, planning and safety measures.

Maintenance and repair operation focused on aircraft component MRO, located at Schiphol (Oude Meer). The site performs inspections, testing and overhauls for hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical parts using high-precision equipment and documented processes. The working environment combines practical hands-on maintenance with structured safety procedures and internal training opportunities.
Wat wij zoeken
This helps you to quickly find your way on the shop floor:
- Technical education at MBO level or an equivalent practical background (mechanical engineering, automotive, installation or aviation technology).
- Basic mechanical hand skills and an interest in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Accurate administrative and reporting habits for clear documentation.
- Good command of English for reports and technical meetings; Dutch language skills are a plus.
- Practical attitude, willingness to learn and readiness to follow strict procedures and safety rules.

Salary indication between €2.830 and €4.612 per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
40 leave days in total (27 regular days + 13 ATV days).
Flexible start times between 06:00 and 09:00,
Travel allowance and a pension scheme in line with sector standards.
