Component Services Program Manager
Wat ga je doen
- Lead your programme from proposal phase through execution, monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Make substantiated decisions on repair versus replace, insourcing versus outsourcing and stock optimisation.
- Run business reviews with customers, report on programme KPIs and proactively surface risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate daily with procurement, customer support, the rotable team, supply chain and engineering to keep all flows aligned.
- Identify commercial upsell potential within existing programmes and contribute to new service proposals.
This is not a detail engineering role or a daily shop-floor position. Technical understanding helps, but the core is creating structure, seeing the bigger picture, setting priorities and balancing competing stakeholder interests. Whether you come from programme management, account management or consultancy: if you thrive on complexity and want tangible impact, this is your next step.
Waar ga je werken

You have worked in or around supply chain, aviation, automotive, rail or other technical-operational environments.
You understand component lifecycle concepts well enough to challenge engineers and support commercial conversations.
You are fluent in Dutch or English and confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
You have an entrepreneurial streak: you see opportunities, take initiative and are energised by building something rather than maintaining it.
